Patrick Keeley - Pastor

Patrick graduated from Geneva College with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry in 1998. After serving as a student ministry director at First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown for five years, he felt God leading him to continue preparation for pastoral ministry. He attended Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts and achieved a Masters of Divinity in 2007. Patrick was ordained and served as an associate pastor of family ministry in a non-denominational church in Gloucester, MA. His role there also included pastoral counseling and lay leadership development. With a desire to counsel well and equip others for lay ministry, Patrick completed the Masters of Arts in Counseling program at Gordon Conwell in 2017. He received the "Practical Theology Scholastic Achievement Award" in the area of "Clinical Counseling." On Sunday, October 7, 2018 Patrick was ordained into the EPC Presbytery of the Alleghenies and installed as the pastor of Mountville Presbyterian Church.

Patrick and his wife, Katie, are originally from the Pittsburgh area and have a lot of love for this area. They have been married since 2005, and they have three children.


Sue Moore – Music Director / Organist

Sue has been the Music Director, Organist, and Pianist at Mountville since 1972. She is also currently one of Mountville's Deacons and a co-leader of our Teen Discussion Group. Other areas that Sue has served Mountville in the past include being an Elder, a Deacon, the VBS Director, and an Adult Sunday School teacher. Sue has also served as an organist for the Western PA Bible Conference.

In 1976, Sue married Thomas Moore, and they have two married, adult children and four grandchildren. In addition to music, Sue's other interests include watching sports (particularly football, baseball, auto racing, and professional bull riding) and baking (especially pies and cookies). Sue also enjoys coloring.


Mary Ann Nagel – Pianist

Mary Ann is a lifetime member of Mountville. She is part of a long line of family members who had active parts in making Mountville the church it is today. Mary Ann worked at Slippery Rock University for twenty-two years, and she retired in 2009. While at SRU she earned a BS degree in information systems and graduated in 1997. She has held several other positions at the church such as secretary, custodian, organist, VBS teacher & director, and served on the Board of Deacons.

Mary Ann has two children and three grandchildren. Currently she grows flowers to sell at the local farmer's market in Ellwood City. She also enjoys quilting, crocheting, reading, and hiking. Recently she has bought a kayak and expects to spend time paddling around Moraine State Park.


Kelly Bresnihan – Church Secretary / Financial Secretary

Kelly has been Mountville's Financial Secretary since 2006 and Church Secretary since 2022. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics. While she is not currently teaching, Kelly does appreciate any opportunities to use her math skills to make evenly spaced and centered documents and "pretty spread sheets". Kelly is also currently serving as an Elder, Clerk of Session, and on several committees at Mountville, and in the past, she has been a Deacon, a VBS teacher, and a substitute Sunday School teacher.

Kelly is married to her college sweetheart, James, and they have two daughters. Some of the activities Kelly enjoys include baking and cooking, reading, photography, and listening to music, especially when her family members are performing.


Jamie Bish – Treasurer

Jamie has been the Treasurer at Mountville since 2006, and she is a lifelong member of Mountville. The list of ways Jamie is currently serving Mountville or has served in the past includes Sunday School teacher, VBS director or staff, Trustee, Youth Group leader, and as a member of numerous committees. She graduated from Sawyer Business School in 1997 with a Legal Office Management Degree.

Portersville has been Jamie's home all of her life. In 1999, she married her high school sweetheart, Jim, and they have two school-aged children. Since 2005, she has been an event planner with Weber Catering and Events. Her other interests include shooting sports, kayaking, outdoor activities, crocheting, and cooking.


Rachel Bresnihan – Webmaster

Rachel is Mountville's first webmaster and began in 2017 when she created and published Mountville's website. Rachel has a life long interest in computers and is happy to put that knowledge to use for the church. She is a current member of the Tech Team and Mountville's choir. In the past, Rachel has served as Sunday School and VBS helpers.

Rachel recently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She lives at home with her parents and sister. In her free time, Rachel enjoys playing video games with her sister, especially The Sims4. Her favorite animal is pugs, and she loves music and singing.


Brian Lasko – Custodian

Brian has been the Custodian at Mountville since 2009. Brian is currently one of Mountville's Elders, a Sunday School teacher, a committee member, and a past Trustee. He also enjoys his time singing with Mountville's choir.

In 2000, Brian began coming to Mountville with his soon to be wife, Crystal, and they were married at Mountville in July 2001. All four of their children have been baptized at Mountville, and three are now Mountville members.
